💰 The Opportunity:
Role: Diploma Educator or Certificate III Educator
Location: Weir Views (New Government Long Day Care Center)
Salary: $69,000 – $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Work Environment: Brand new, state-of-the-art center designed for optimal child development and staff well-being.
Age Groups: Working with children from Babies to Kindergarten Age (0-5 years). choose your prefferd age group!
🔑 Key Requirements & Attributes:
We are looking for educators who are committed to providing the highest quality care and education.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care OR a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with the Babies to Kindergarten age groups is essential.
Compliance & Safety: Must possess all current and necessary compliance documentation, including:
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)
First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
Mandatory Reporting Training Certificate
Knowledge & Ethics: Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Child Safe Guarding practices and procedures is mandatory.
