The Role & What We Offer 🍎
We are seeking a proactive Educator who thrives in an inclusive environment. We are specifically looking for an expert with proven experience supporting children with additional needs and those with English as a Second Language (ESL). 🤝
$9,000 Incentive: Eligible candidates can receive a $9,000 individual incentive (plus potential relocation supplements) through the Victorian Government’s Targeted Educator Incentives program! 💰
Housing & Relocation: Moving made easy! We offer relocation assistance and have housing available to help you get settled. 🔑
Flexibility: Full-time preferred, but we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate! 🕒
What You’ll Need ✅
To be successful in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and meet the following:
Qualifications: An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. or Certificate 3 in Children Serivces 📜
- Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education can be considered
Specialist Experience: A solid professional background working with children with additional needs and ESL backgrounds is essential. 🎨
Compliance: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid (inc. Asthma & Anaphylaxis), and full Australian work rights. 🇦🇺
