About the Role and Package
We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate People Manager to lead our fantastic team. This role is about fostering a strong community spirit within the center, building genuine connections with children and families, and maintaining an inspiring and nurturing environment for our children and educators.
...Center Capacity: We cater to 60 children and proudly offer an integrated kindergarten program.
Focus: Your primary goal will be to lead the team, manage operations, and cultivate a sense of belonging and collaboration.
Child Safety : Ensure the service meets all regulations and children feel safe and secure within the environment
Exceptional Remuneration: We value our leaders and offer an above-award package between $90,000 and $130,000, dependent on experience.
Bonus Incentive: A performance-based bonus incentive is also part of the package.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a leader who:
Puts children first , all educators, children and families.
Has proven experience in center management and educational leadership.
Diploma of Children Services or above
VIT, working with children check and national police check
Two references that can attest to you working with children
High level of understanding child safety standards
First aid , CPR, anaphylaxis & Asthma training
Mandatory reporting training
Is passionate about early childhood education and committed to quality outcomes.
Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Is excited by the prospect of becoming an active member of the Lakes Entrance community.
