This role is the bridge between digital innovation and user readiness. Reporting to the Change Lead, you will support a major digital transformation focused on enhancing workplace systems and user experience.
Change Support: Help implement change plans, maintain impact assessments, and track readiness to ensure smooth adoption.
Content Creation: Draft, design, and distribute engaging content across emails, SharePoint, Viva, and newsletters.
Engagement: Coordinate workshops, briefings, and "drop-in" clinics to help users navigate new systems.
Reporting: Track KPIs like adoption rates and engagement levels to provide leadership with clear status dashboards.
Logistics: Manage communication calendars and organize the logistics for training and project events.

You are a proactive communicator who can translate complex project milestones into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
Experience: 2–3 years in change management or communications, specifically on digital transformation projects.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Methodology: Familiarity with change frameworks like Prosci, ADKAR, or Ford 4D.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, resilient in fast-paced environments, and empathetic toward users facing change
