Deep knowledge of gap analysis, business readiness tracking, and structured change frameworks (PROSCI/ADKAR preferred).
Exceptional ability to engage with diverse audiences, seamlessly translating technical concepts for frontline operational staff and steering committees alike.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical industry experience in change management.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed change analysis and change impact assessments utilizing established methodologies like PROSCI/ADKAR.
Undertake rigorous current and future state gap analyses to ensure transition planning is completely fit for purpose.
Develop and deliver foundational change documentation, plans, and regular progress reports in conjunction with leadership.
Build strong relationships with internal operational groups to understand their environments and translate needs into clear documentation.
Actively identify stakeholder risks or resistance, reporting directly to the Lead to ensure proactive issue resolution.
