Change Analyst
Contract to June 2026
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for process design and a passion for people-focused change? We are seeking a Change Analyst to support in driving a major digital program. This role is a unique blend of training content creation and change management support, ideal for an analytical thinker who can map out complex processes and translate them into engaging materials.
What You Will Do:
- Support the delivery of change management plans and program strategies.
- Assist with stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and tracking overall readiness for change.
- Draft engaging, tailored communications across various channels and maintain the program communications calendar.
- Content creator, developing high-quality training materials and documentation.
- Break down complex workflows into clear, logical steps from start to finish.
- Support change initiatives by assisting the Change Manager with impact assessments and track program readiness to ensure successful system adoption.
- Support the logistics for training sessions, roadshows, and engagement events to ensure smooth transitions.
- Track change-related risks and use pulse checks or adoption metrics to report on program progress.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- At least 2+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, or communications roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- A highly organised approach with sharp attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8 Steps.
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and eagerness to embrace AI training and forward-thinking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualise and document step-by-step procedures.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to pivot quickly in a lean and fast-paced environment.
