What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Category Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and development of IBA promotional materials. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promotional Planning: Support Category Managers in planning and signing off on promotional content like catalogues and press ads.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between suppliers to confirm promotions and state teams to manage feedback.
- Retailer Communication: Build clear communications that help front-line retailers execute promotions effectively.
- Administrative Support: Manage various tasks to ensure our KPIs are measured and met, and act as a backup for the National Category Manager when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a collaborative, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you should have:
- Industry Experience: A background in liquor retail is highly recommended.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential for extracting data and generating insights.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy in everything you do.
- Strong Communication: The ability to develop effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams, backed by clear writing skills.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: A proven ability to prioritize tasks and analyze information to reach the best outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- A proven track record of delivering accountabilities on time.
