What You'll Need to Apply

• Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

• 6 months+ experience preparing meals in a commercial kitchen or healthcare/aged care environment is highly regarded.

• Understanding of special diets and textures (e.g., pureed, thickened fluids) specific to aged care.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures.
