Hybrid Working: 1 day Work From Home per week after probation.
Career Growth: Lead a caseload of ~70 clients and drive business growth.
The Role You will be the face of Careside for your clients. Your days will be flexible, managing the care needs of approximately 70 clients while actively participating in the growth of the business.
Conducting 2–3 face-to-face prospect meetings per week.
Converting potential enquiries into happy clients (with commission incentives!).
Managing clinical care plans and building relationships with families.
About You: We are looking for a strong personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
You can manage a busy schedule and competing priorities.
You are comfortable talking to potential clients and explaining the value of our services.
