The Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Director of Care to take the clinical helm of a large-scale aged care residence in Regional Victoria.
This is a pivotal leadership position requiring a mix of strategic clinical oversight, operational excellence, and a "people-first" approach. You will be responsible for the overall clinical safety, quality, and compliance of a significant facility, supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Managers and RNs.
Mandatory Requirements
To be successful in this executive-level role, you must meet the following criteria:
Clinical Leadership: Extensive experience in Clinical Care Management (CCM) or as a Care Manager within the Aged Care sector.
Large-Scale Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale aged care homes (high bed numbers and large staff cohorts).
AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration.
Regional Relocation: You must be willing to relocate. This position is located in Regional Victoria and is not commutable from Melbourne.
Commitment: This is a full-time leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level clinical governance and ensure 100% compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a large multidisciplinary clinical team.
Manage budgets, AN-ACC funding, and clinical resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and safety.
Represent the facility in community and stakeholder engagements.
