About You
Proven Experience: A solid background in administration or customer support roles, ideally in the public sector but we welcome experience from private sector alike
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) or Google Suite and experience navigating CRM platforms or digital databases, such as TRIM or TechOne
Exceptional Logistics: The ability to manage travel, event registrations, and catering with precision.
Financial Literacy: Confidence handling basic procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Communication Skills: A professional manner when triaging inquiries and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Adaptability: The ability to jump into a new team, learn their systems quickly, and apply sound judgement to shifting priorities.
Roles likely vary between immediately available short term roles to longer term 3/6/12 month opportunities.
