This high-level administrative position requires a proactive professional who can provide critical support across various functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the North Queensland team.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the NQ team's operations, requiring both teamwork and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-Level Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the State Government client's team.
- Team Collaboration & Autonomy: Functioning effectively as a team member while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage tasks within tight time constraints.
- Flexible Support: Being prepared to work across a range of the client's business teams as operational requirements dictate.
- Core Functions: Providing essential Business Support to the NQ team, including dedicated support for fleet management tasks.
Position Requirements
We are seeking applicants who possess the following essential skills and experience:
- Administration Expertise: Proven experience in a busy administrative and office support role.
- Fleet Management: Prior experience or demonstrated capability in fleet management tasks and administration.
- Basic IT Support: Ability to provide basic IT support and hardware assistance on an ad hoc basis
- Level of Service: Experience providing high-quality support within a government or corporate environment is highly desirable.
