Contract opportunity for an experienced BI Analytics Engineer to join a team dedicated to a massive digital transformation journey. This is a unique opportunity to work within a data-driven program and you will play a pivotal role in implementing a contemporary, coordinated case management system.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality data models using DBT and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies.
- Build and optimise data pipelines to enhance data accessibility and usability across the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with platform engineers and business stakeholders to create impactful data products.
- Implement best practices for data quality monitoring and process automation.
- Contribute directly to the evolution of a Data Lakehouse environment and its supporting governance documentation.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development.
- Strong technical proficiency in Azure and an understanding of modern data platform architectures.
- Proven ability to optimise queries for performance and manage complex data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving aptitude for working within Agile team environments.
