Contract opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions and support a technical environment. This is a 4 month contract role starting in January 2026.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate the provision of business intelligence solutions by translating business requirements into technical solutions and applying the BI toolset.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals (like business analysts and data modelers) to ensure the data warehouse design meets the organization's BI needs.
• Support and maintain the technical business intelligence environment so that the team can meet the organization's reporting and data analysis needs.
• Facilitate the presentation of BI reports and analysis capabilities through a corporate web portal to ensure a user-friendly reporting environment.
• Provide end user support for the BI and reporting environments to ensure that agreed service levels are satisfied.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Substantial experience in business intelligence processes and technologies, including BI delivery mechanisms (e.g. portals) and BI tools (e.g. OLAP, dashboards).
• Extensive knowledge and experience in dimensional data modeling principles such as star and snowflake schemas, and applying them to BI solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in applying integration technologies like ETL and Enterprise Service Bus technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment within a database development environment such as Oracle SQL or Transact SQL.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients and IT professionals
