This is a "boots on the ground" role where you won't just be selling products; you’ll be providing complete "turnkey" solutions—from design and manufacturing to installation—across industries like Education, Health, and Mining.
The Role
As a BDR, you are the primary "face" of the business. You will balance strategic relationship management with active, on-the-road selling to drive revenue through both new business acquisition and upselling within an existing client portfolio.
Relationship Management: Manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM (MS Dynamics) and maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure long-term loyalty.
Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities using lead generation tools and marketing data to expand the company’s regional footprint.
Rapid Response: Adhere to a strict 24-hour follow-up policy for all quotes and inquiries to maintain high service standards.
Technical Collaboration: Participate in complex bid reviews and work closely with internal construction, legal, and admin teams to deliver market-competitive solutions.

What You Bring
Proven Closer: At least 4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

Customer-Obsessed: A strong focus on Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and a commitment to prompt, professional service.
