CLIQUE Logistics is a leading logistics broker and is experiencing exciting growth in their international freight forwarding division. Based at their modern and central Adelaide Head office in Wayville, the business is now looking for a new hunter and business development professional with international freight forwarding experience to drive new revenue opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new revenue and business growth in international freight forwarding
- Develop a strategic business plan
- Bring in new industry leads and deals
- Forecast and report on sales pipeline and budget
- Passionately promote the business’ values, state-of-the art technology and logistics solutions improving clients’ outcomes
- Understand current market conditions, threats and new opportunities
- Write bespoke tenders and present solutions to clients
- Travel nationally once every two months
- Work independently with excellent management support
- Represent the company at industry networking events
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years industry sales experience in international freight forwarding
- Impressive sales track record with strong existing networks
- Passion for sales and new business generation with a genuine hunter mentality and great work ethic
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Availability to travel within South Australia and interstate
