About the Opportunity
Are you a strategic sales professional with a background in Industrial / Gas? We are partnering with a global leader in scientific and industrial solutions to find a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhoot growth within their highly successful Industrial portfolio.

What You'll Do:
Drive Territory Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining a robust existing pipeline while aggressively identifying new accounts and untapped market segments.
Strategic Client Engagement: Establish a highly effective territory call cycle, setting up critical meetings with new and existing accounts to meet key performance indicators.
Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal Product Managers and Technical Specialists to deliver the right solutions to your customer base.
Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse by tracking market trends, competitive activity, and promotional insights to shape future sales strategies.
CRM & Strategy Management: Develop, execute, and quarterly update a comprehensive annual territory strategic plan, ensuring all client data is meticulously maintained in the company CRM.
Keys to Success:
To be successful in this highly technical and consultative sales role, you will bring:
Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or higher in Engineering, Material Sciences, or Life Sciences. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
Experience: A proven track record of commercial success with at least 3 years of business development experience within the industrial/scientific sector.
Skills: Strong strategic selling capabilities, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the self-management required to run a territory like your own business.
Travel: A willingness to travel across the territory for client visits, industry conferences, and internal meetings as required.
