• Document and map or edit existing system user requirements into functional and technical specifications, including epics, features, and user stories.
• Review and support the evaluation of technical documents submitted by vendors
  as part of the Request for Proposals.
• Attend vendor demonstrations and follow up on technical clarifications, if required.
• Support sandbox testers in the execution of use cases in the sandbox environment.
• Document findings of sandbox testing, collate vendor scores based on findings.
• Provide advice and support to the Evaluation Committee members to support the
  evaluation of technical documents submitted as part of the Request for
  Proposals, including the results of demonstrations and sandbox testing.

• Minimum 5+ years technical business analsyt experience
• Proven experience with SaaS implementations involving data migration, large scale integration, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with cross-agency collaboration
• Background in system management and operational readiness in high-stakes
  environments.
• Familiarity with NSW emergency management frameworks and protocols is highly
  desirable.
