Position Summary
Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery, configuration and implementation of technology solutions across MSP and RPO client programs. The role is responsible for managing technology workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing vendor platforms and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise workforce technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology implementation projects across MSP and RPO programs.
- Lead technical work streams including system configuration and deployment of workforce management platforms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, account teams and external technology vendors.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Oversee system testing, issue resolution and service transition into production.
- Monitor project timelines, risks and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Produce and analyse project reports and management information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across technology platforms and processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on workforce technology systems including VMS, ATS and CRM platforms.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology project management within MSP, RPO or workforce solutions environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, CRM or ATS systems.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams and external clients.
- Experience working in matrix or project-based environments.
- Strong reporting, analytical and documentation capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
