- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide functional expertise in the procurement toolset being implemented.
- Support the implementation partner in configuring procurement modules according to business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct one-on-one interviews, perform process mapping, and utilize other methods including developing User Stories, likely working within Agile sprint cycles.
- Conduct thorough analysis of procurement processes, systems, and data flows.
- Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who has proven experience working on the implementation of procurement systems, ideally in the SAP, Ariba, Coupa space. You will also have in-depth knowledge of procurement functions and modules such as Source to contract and procure to pay. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
