Business Analyst (Loyalty) | $170,000 inc. super | Melbourne CBD | 2 days on-site
A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Strategy, Architecture and Delivery team, with a focus on their Loyalty program. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who thrives working across complex digital and technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse and document business processes and system requirements for medium to large-scale initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business units, IT, and external vendors
- Translate customer experience designs into user stories and support product lifecycle management
- Coordinate across design, product and engineering teams to ensure user story readiness
- Assess technology change impacts and support change activities and testing across related systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and the Technology Roadmap
What we're looking for
- Proven BA or Systems Analysis experience, ideally within ecommerce, retail or loyalty environments
- Hands-on experience with loyalty programs, platforms and systems is essential
- Experience working with outsourced and offshore development partners
- Strong background in digital products and translating CX designs into user stories
- Proficient in Agile delivery and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
- Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training and transitioning to support teams
- PRINCE2 or similar project management methodology desirable
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
