Senior Business Analyst is currently required for a 6-12 month contract to perform high level requirement gathering and assist the organisation to go out to tender to replace a contract management/grants management system. This is a true end-to-end Business Analysis role. You will be instrumental in defining the future state system, working across the business, and managing the process right through to product selection. Your responsibilities will include:

• Requirement Discovery & Documentation: Leading workshops, engaging with stakeholders, and eliciting detailed functional and non-functional requirements for the new system.
• System Analysis & Design: Analysing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and developing future-state processes and high-level solution designs.
• Tender/Procurement Process: Preparing detailed documentation (e.g., Statement of Requirements, RFT/RFP input) and supporting the organisation through the full tender and product selection process.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the key liaison between the business stakeholders and the procurement/technical teams.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who has solid experience working on contract management or grant management systems projects from end to end.
