Randstad is seeking a Building Inspector to join an elite, multi-disciplinary team focused on high-risk, complex, and priority cases across the state. This position designed for a seasoned inspector who is proficient in assessing compliance and safety of Class 2 buildings.
The Role
Complex Inspections: Conduct high-priority site visits, audits, and inspections of building work across all construction stages under section 204A of the Building Act 1993.
Expert Technical Advice: Provide advanced technical recommendations to internal divisions and external stakeholders regarding Victorian building standards and codes
Key Requirements
Mandatory Registration: Current Victorian registration as a Building Inspector - Unlimited (IN-U)
