The Role
As the NSW Branch Manager for Aged Care, you will oversee three key business lines: Travel Nursing, Permanent Recruitment, and Shift Filling. Lead & Coach: Manage 3 direct reports locally, with dotted-line management of our offshore support teams in our Global Capability Center to maximise your team's efficiency.
- Drive Growth: This is a "Player-Coach" role. You’ll lead by example with your own billing desk while strategic sales planning for the state.
- Innovate: Utilise world-class recruitment tech and digital tools to dominate the Aged Care market.
About You
You are a recruiter who understands that "Healthcare" isn't just a sector—it’s a specialised craft. You have:
- Proven Healthcare Experience: Essential background in Aged Care, Disability, or broader Health recruitment.
- Leadership DNA: You are either an experienced Manager or a Senior Team Leader ready to step into a Branch Manager title.
- Sales Hunger: You still love the "win" of a placement and thrive in a hands-on, high-activity billing environment.
- Presence: You value face-to-face coaching and building a collaborative team culture.
