Senior SAP Time Management Consultant - Major ERP Programme (Contract)
Location: Brisbane, Australia (On-site requirement at George Street office)
Contract Duration: 13 Months (December 2025 - December 2026)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Time Management Consultant for a significant Modern ERP Programme within one of Australia's largest local government areas. This is a substantial, long-term contract running for 13 months, offering the opportunity to apply your expertise within a complex, high-impact environment.
This programme is focused on transforming core business processes, enhancing staff efficiency, and improving the future supportability of a large-scale SAP solution, moving to cloud-based, superior practice systems.
As the SAP Time Management Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for leading the design and build of the Timesheet and Leave solutions. You will work closely with the Payroll Project Manager and various technical, business, and architecture teams to deliver a solution that is fit for purpose and aligned with modern ERP objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of the SAP Time and Leave module.
Drive discussions on configurations and customisations, focusing on the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) component via Fiori applications.
Ensure seamless integration of Timesheet and Leave solutions with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, SAP Payroll, and other relevant modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Your Essential Experience
You must be able to demonstrate the following mandatory requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of SAP HCM experience, with a specialisation in Timesheet and Leave, including the SAP S/4HANA Platform.
Extensive expertise in end-to-end implementation, migration, or optimisation of SAP Time Management solutions within an S/4HANA environment.
Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA time management via CATS with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll and Project Systems).
Solid working knowledge of core HR and Time Management systems to meet business needs and resolve Time and Leave-related issues.
Practical experience with BTP Services, S/4HANA, Cloud ALM, Fiori, and other modern ERP system components.
Ability to successfully undergo a Criminal History Check.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication skills (verbal and highly developed written skills for documentation and presentations).
Experience in working effectively with virtual and shared teams.
A strong delivery focus and highly organised approach.
Demonstrable strong emotional intelligence and sensitivity when engaging with disparate stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
