About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech startup in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, is seeking a compliance officer/auditor to join their small team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's compliance framework and play a role in its success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance programs, ensuring the company meets all legal and ethical standards in the fast-paced Fintech industry. This is a hands-on role where the officer will be a key part of helping the company innovate responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with compliance framework.
Monitor regulatory changes.
Assist with risk assessments and compliance.
Manage interactions with regulatory bodies.
Provide compliance guidance to the team.
What Our Client is Looking For
Experience in compliance or audit preferred
An understanding of ASIC
Basic Mandarin language skills preferred
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
