The Role
As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for transitioning our existing platform into a high-performing, user-centric intranet that serves as the central hub for communication, collaboration, and resource management across the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Intranet Architecture & Design: Lead the UX/UI design process to ensure a seamless, intuitive navigation experience for all staff.
System Integration: Oversee the secure integration of current tools, platforms, and cloud-based services into the SharePoint environment.
Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure the platform adheres to all relevant government standards for data protection, security, and WCAG accessibility.
Development & Deployment: Execute the technical build using approved tools and techniques, maintaining rigorous documentation of all technical activities.
Future-Proofing: Develop a scalable solution that supports mobile access and adapts to the agency's long-term growth.
