We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Administration Officer to join a high-performing team dedicated to data integrity and member security. This is a 4 month contract working Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
... Data Integrity & Member Assessment: Conduct precise assessments by cross-referencing member data across multiple administrative systems to ensure 100% compliance.
Fraud Mitigation: Monthly forensic reviews of flagged transactions to safeguard member assets and identify potential security threats.
Process Optimisation: Actively contribute to the evolution of our compliance framework by identifying system gaps and recommending improvements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal departments, translating complex compliance requirements.
Legislative Adherence: Maintain high-level administrative support while ensuring all tasks strictly align with current superannuation legislation and internal policies.
Essential Criteria
Security: A current National Police Clearance is mandatory prior to commencement.
Systems Proficiency: Proven experience in a complex, system-based administrative role with the ability to navigate multiple databases simultaneously.
Analytical Writing: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with specific experience in drafting reports and documenting compliance findings.
Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
