Are you a proactive project leader with expertise in learning deployment and workforce coordination?
I am currently partnering with a prominent Federal Government client within the disability sector to recruit a specialised APS6 Lead Deployment Coordinator.
In this critical role, you will be accountable for the leadership and resource management of elearning and facilitated training sessions in a dynamic work area. You will provide the control, planning, and decision-making necessary to resolve risks and ensure the high-quality delivery of frontline learning programs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Training Management: Manage the enrolment of staff in eLearnings and facilitated training, ensuring deployment across the agency is conducted in a timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the development of a team, setting priorities to maintain cohesion and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Systems & Reporting: Create, test, and deploy modules using the Learning Management System (LEAP) and distribute detailed reports on training completions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor inbound enquiries via Jira, Outlook, and MS Teams, ensuring high-quality, consistent responses that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Program Support: Assist with operations and personnel support functions while driving iterative improvements for learning initiatives.
Ideally you will possess:
- Proven Coordination Skills: Significant experience managing schedules, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a thorough understanding of protocols and etiquette for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities to address issues and support the flexible delivery of programs.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative processes; experience with LEAP or Jira Service Desk is highly desirable.
- Discretion: A thorough understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or L&D—or equivalent professional experience.
