• Provide comprehensive and high-level secretarial support, independently managing administrative and logistical issues.
• Proactively manage the client's complex calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and develop presentations.
• Prepare complex administrative and Ministerial correspondence (e.g., Ministerial Briefs, letters, PPQs) using platforms like Mincor Neo/MECS.
• Undertake secretariat duties for key committees, including minute-taking and action tracking.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements.
• Support the Estimates process by assisting with documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels, demonstrating professionalism.
• Use financial and HR systems for procurement, assets, and reporting.
