We are seeking a proactive AO3 Administration Officer to provide high-level support across a dynamic and busy division. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring professional, timely, and confidential administrative delivery.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate complex diary management, book travel, and organise meetings or conferences.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, briefing notes, and preliminary reports with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Manage electronic document systems and maintain accurate data to ensure organisational compliance.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, manage equipment, and facilitate ICT system access.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist with recruitment processes and provide training or coaching to develop work performance across the team.
Who You Are:
- You have high-level administrative skills and are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You possess strong written and verbal skills and can navigate confidential information with ease.
- You are able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and organise your own work priorities.
- You use initiative to resolve day-to-day challenges for which there may not be established procedures.
- Previous government experience is highly preferred.
