Assist users with Windows 11 and Office 2024 Upgrade issues.
Become familiar with documented known issues and upgrade exemption guidelines.
Document any issues, including the capture of screenshots, and enter them into the Issues Register.
Notify the Upgrade Leads as per the agreed escalation process.
Assist users with familiarisation of Windows 11 and Office 2024 user navigation and features.
Basic working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2024.
Proven ability to explain technical concepts into simple, friendly, non-technical language.
Proven record of applying processes, referencing knowledge bases, and escalating issues efficiently.
Experience applying documented processes, referring to knowledge bases, and escalating issues according to established procedures.
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
A valid Driver's License and the ability to travel.
Previous experience in a Service desk or IT support environment.
Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Marval).
Understanding of the Windows Update process.
Required to attend different client metropolitan sites on a daily basis.
Required to travel to regional client sites and stay in those locations for the prescribed period of up to 4 days at each location.
Travel, accommodation, and meal allowances will be supplied by the client.

Work processes, including how to report issues.
National Police Clearance Certificate (Issued within the last 12 months)
Working with Children Check (Issued within the last 5 years)
