We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
The Opportunity
As an essential member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing the clinical care of our residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans with a strong focus on individual needs and preferences (person-centred care).
- Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff.
- Liaising with residents, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well-being.
- Managing medication administration and complex wound care.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this vital role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as an RN in a Residential Aged Care setting.
- Proven ability to practice in line with the principles of person-centred care.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster.

To be considered for this position, you must currently reside in Australia and possess full, unrestricted working rights (e.g., Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid visa with full work entitlements). Proof of working rights will be required.
