Your Role
As a Registered Nurse within our facility, you will lead the clinical care for a mix of low and high-care residents. Your focus will be on:
- Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and person-centered care.
- Safe medication management and clinical documentation.
- Collaborating with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to evaluate care plans.
- Mentoring junior staff and upholding Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
What You Bring
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Aged Care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep commitment to treating the elderly with dignity, empathy, and respect.
- Current National Police Check and mandatory vaccinations.
