About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with 3+ years of aged care experience to join our dedicated team. This role is not open to new graduates or offshore nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance resident care quality.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, specifically in aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid work rights in Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
