Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in compliance with their individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with the administration of medications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
Essential Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have full working rights/current visa in Australia; no sponsorship available.
- Offshore applicants will not be considered.
