This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a proactive and "switched-on" administrator to join a professional team in Cannon Hill. Providing crucial support within the Early Learning Admin space, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
While initially a 4–6 week contract, there is a possibility for extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Level Admin Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Excel Management: Utilise Excel to manage data, update trackers, and maintain accurate records.
- HR Assistance: Provide ad hoc support to HR functions, including document preparation and basic coordination (previous HR exposure is a major plus).
- Document Control: Manage electronic filing, data entry, and the formatting of professional documents.
- General Coordination: Handle incoming queries and provide ad hoc administrative support to the broader team as required.
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive Mindset: You are a "switched-on" individual who takes initiative and can work autonomously.
- HR Knowledge: Previous experience or a basic understanding of HR administrative processes is highly desirable.
- Compliance: You must possess (or be willing to obtain) a Blue Card.
