About the role
An opportunity is available for an Administrative Officer to support the Company Fleet Services team. This role is based on-site in Huntingwood and works closely with a small, experienced team managing corporate vehicles across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Managing company fleet administration
- Coordinating vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing
- Responding to driver queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating databases and records
- High-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Supporting BAU (business as usual) fleet operations
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident navigating spreadsheets & Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage time well, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and calling out issues
