As the first point of contact for the business, you’ll play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for our visitors and staff. Importantly this client has a focus on B2B relationships so experience in that environment is a plus!
The Role at a Glance:
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Hours: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time preferred, but part-time/flexible options considered for the right fit).
Location: Wollongong
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reception & Greeting: Being the warm, professional face of the company for all arriving guests.
Communication: Managing the switchboard, answering inquiries, and directing calls efficiently.
Data & Documentation: Handling data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintaining organised filing systems.
Office Support: Utilising the Microsoft Suite to assist with correspondence, scheduling, and basic reporting.
About You:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must.
You should have a polished phone manner and clear written communication.
You’re someone who catches the small things before they become big things.
Since this is a key coverage role, we need someone dependable who enjoys a consistent routine.
