Join a leading Australian pet insurer and play a vital role in ensuring pets across the country get their claims processed quickly. We are looking for an efficient Administration Officer to join the Toowong-based claims team for an immediate 1-2 month contract.
The Role
- Accurately moving data from incoming emails into the internal Claims Management System
- Managing document flow by downloading and uploading attachments to ensure files are complete
- Contacting vet clinics using email templates to request missing medical histories
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets to ensure all actions are logged and tracked accurately
What is required
- Previous experience in high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to navigate Excel and internal databases with ease
- Availability to commit to the full 1-2 month contract period
- Professional written communication skills for corresponding with veterinary clinics
- A proactive approach to working through backlogs in a fast-paced environment
