The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Administration Manager to be the operational heartbeat of a major transport depot in Kemps Creek. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where your expertise will be instrumental in creating and maintaining the smooth, efficient administrative processes that directly support our dedicated fleet and management team.

Key Responsibilities
... Lead, mentor, and inspire the administrative team, cultivating a culture of high performance, accuracy, and mutual support.
Oversee all general office administration, establishing robust and compliant financial and procedural flows.
Confidently manage critical functions like invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and precise payroll coordination for the depot.
Maintain records relating to fleet, drivers, and essential compliance documentation.
Serve as the key administrative connector and liaison between management, drivers, and valued external stakeholders.
What You Bring
Significant, proven experience as an Admin Manager or Senior Administrator within the Transport, Logistics, or Fleet Management industry.
Organisational flair and a meticulous eye for detail that ensures nothing is missed.
Strong, empathetic leadership capabilities with a genuine focus on team development and empowerment.
Comfortable proficiency with industry-standard software and MS Office Suite.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that build trust and clarity.
The Details
Up to $90,000 + Superannuation (negotiable based on your valuable experience).
Monday to Friday (standard business hours), promoting a positive work-life balance.
On-site at the Kemps Creek depot, ensuring you can lead and connect with your team effectively.
