The Opportunity

At Randstad, we are partnering with a global leader in the corrections, detentions, training, and education sectors to source a dedicated Administration & Correspondence Officer.
What You Will Be Doing You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality correspondence across the organisation. Your day-to-day will involve:
Reporting Coordination: Preparing, editing, and coordinating contractual reporting and corporate updates.
Correspondence Management: Managing the receipt, registration, allocation, and tracking of stakeholder and executive correspondence.
Quality Assurance: Drafting, proofreading, and reviewing written correspondence to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Data Validation: Validating data integrity and resolving discrepancies before submission.
Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising with internal teams and subcontractors to collect accurate data and supporting information for reports.
Secretariat Support: Providing a secretariat function as required by the senior leadership team.
What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and highly developed written communication abilities. We are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in preparing, editing, and coordinating contractual and corporate reports.
Experience managing correspondence processes, including the ability to escalate sensitive or complex correspondence to appropriate decision-makers.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement in handling sensitive information and correspondence.
Preferred: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Desirable: Training in document control or compliance frameworks.
