The Opportunity
Pay Rate: $35 – $45 per hour + super (commensurate with experience).
Location: Various locations across Perth.
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for long-term extension or permanency.
Sector: State Government / Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
In these dual-function roles, you will balance high-volume data processing with essential administrative support. Your daily tasks may include:
Accurately entering and maintaining data within government-specific databases (e.g., TRIM, HPE Content Manager).
Managing shared email inboxes and responding to public inquiries professionally.
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and records management.
General office support to ensure smooth daily operations for the department.
What You Bring
Prior experience in an Administration or Data Entry role (Government experience is a plus but not essential).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High-level typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and provide proof of Australian Working Rights.
