Key Responsibilities
In this end-to-end (E2E) receivables role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger and ensuring optimal cash flow through:
- Managing the E2E receivables lifecycle for the NZ ledger, with secondary support for the Australian ledger.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of outstanding accounts and maintain optimal cash flow.
- Investigating and resolving complex ledger discrepancies through diligent analysis and professional communication with Medical and Safety clients.
- High-accuracy processing of unallocated cash and daily bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with month-end ageing reports and providing insights into DSO.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience.
- SAP proficiency is a significant advantage; however, candidates with strong experience in other Tier-1 ERPs (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) will be highly regarded.
- A solid understanding of GST requirements and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to debt recovery.
