Intro:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Analyst for a recognised commercial organisation They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Head of Finance.

Your responsibilities:

• Attend to all credit team claims, deductions, and divisional requests immediately to ensure timely processing
• Rigorously verify the accuracy of the claim amount against agreed-upon rates and volume data.
• Route approval requests to the division and secure documentations from the commercial team.
• Execute the final settlement in the system and proactively notify the credit team.
• Identify discrepancies, raise formal disputes to the division when necessary, and maintain consistent follow-up until resolved.
• Assisting clients with accounts payable related queries
• Other administration & accounts duties where required

What experience will you have:

• 3+ years of experience in the accounting/ claims domain
• Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
• Experience in Oracle is preferred
