About the role
- Convert warm inbound marketing leads and generate organic referrals to write new business and grow company revenue. You will have access to a consistent stream of marketing leads and strong referral pipelines, helping you achieve great results.
- Manage the end-to-end service delivery, quoting, and renewal process for a dedicated portfolio of commercial, SME, and personal lines clients.
- Leverage strong relationships with local underwriters to negotiate premium pricing, policy wordings, and coverage extensions that benefit the client.
- Prepare detailed risk submissions and utilise broker platforms to obtain market-competitive terms.
This role will suit driven insurance brokers or assistant brokers who want to take the next step in their career and join a successful business.
Demonstrated skills
- 2-5 years experience working within an insurance broking environment.
- A high energy and proactive attitude with a strong business development acumen
- Knowledge of Insight (Steadfast system) is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance
