The Role
As an Account Director, you won't just be sitting in high-level meetings. You will be the strategic architect and the technical mentor for a dedicated team. You will oversee multi-channel performance strategies while ensuring client relationships are managed with a high degree of commercial acumen.
Hands-on Strategy: Lead the execution and optimization of complex Paid Search (Google/Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) campaigns.
Client Leadership: Act as the senior point of contact for high-growth clients, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Team Management: Mentor and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of technical excellence and curiosity.
Growth Mindset: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely add value to your clients' bottom line.
Who You Are
The Hybrid Specialist: You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within Paid Search and Social. You still know your way around an ad account and GTM.
The Relationship Builder: You can navigate difficult conversations with ease and turn clients into long-term partners.
The Mentor: You take pride in upskilling junior talent and running a seamless internal workflow.
Data-Obsessed: You live in the data, using it to tell stories and justify every dollar spent.
