The Opportunity
Our client is seeking five proactive Project Officers to join their frontline services divisional support teams. These roles are critical in delivering key projects and change initiatives that directly impact the community.
With five vacancies available, we are looking for candidates across Parramatta, Blacktown, Burwood, Bankstown, Liverpool, Hurstville, OR Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals based in Greater Western Sydney to secure a long-term assignment with a hybrid work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
As an APS5 Project Officer, you will work collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and outcomes support organisational priorities. Your day-to-day will include:
- Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations.
- Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies.
- Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks.

We are looking for individuals who exercise sound judgment and bring a technical edge to project environments. The ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations.
