The Queensland Department of Housing and Public Works - Sport and Recreation operates two state of the art sport and recreation centres located on the Gold & Sunshine Coasts. These centres cater for schools, community groups and the general public. With aquatic centres, gymnasiums and many outdoor activities, the centres are for all ages to enjoy!

hold a certificate 2, 3 or 4 in outdoor recreation - or are studying the discipline

Then consider our 'Program Officer' role which is located in a fantastic spot next to Tallebudgera Creek.

In this role, you will:

Look after groups of school children teaching them skills on a range of outdoor activities
Instruct groups in kayaking/canoeing, surfing, high ropes, artificial rock climbing/abseiling
Earn $29-32 per hour based on experience

In this role, you will:

Coordinate shifts and implements rosters for the week ahead
Manage the day to day operations of all the cleaners and allocating the duties to all Cleaners prior to commencement
Liaise with Client and the Agency (Randstad)
Earn $29 - $35 per hour
