Randstad Pty Limited (Randstad) bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) which regulate the handling of personal information by Australian organisations. The 13 APPs are contained in schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). 

This notice outlines the obligations of Randstad in managing personal information we hold about survey respondents.We will only process your email address for the purpose of organisational analysis and development and management reporting purposes in the context of Randstad’s Environmental, Social and Governance requirements under global Corporate Sustainability Reporting regulations. 

We will process your personal information based on your consent by proceeding and submitting this survey and we will not use your personal information for other purposes than those explained in this notice without informing you first and, may it be the case, obtain your consent.

Your personal information will remain confidential and kept for 30 days. Your responses will only be shared on an aggregated level to Randstad’s global parent company, Randstad N.V for reporting purposes and your personal information will not be shared. 

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@randstad.com.au. However, you must understand that it will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal nor further processing of the same information as required by law. You may also, at any time, request us to review the information we hold about you; correct this information if it is factually wrong; erase your personal information or restrict the processing concerning you.
